BIOVIEW ALLEGRO PLUS SCANNING STATION

The ALLEGRO™ is a fully automatic fluorescent imaging system, which includes motorized 8 slides stage, optional hand held barcode reader, and sophisticated software for automatically scanning and sorting hematopoietic cells, amniocytes, cells from voided urine samples, sperm cells, metaphases and tissues under fluorescent illumination by Fluorescence in-situ Hybridization  (FISH) technique. The ALLEGRO PLUS accomplishes fast and accurate spot counting and identifying of chromosomal aberrations such as translocations, inversions and deletions. When adding optional bright- light illumination the cells can be classified according to their morphology or IHC staining.

Bright field illumination option:

 

·      Fully automated fast scanning of the morphology of cells and tissue sections with varied staining.

·      Automated scanning of Immuno-cytochemical stained cells and tissue sections.

·      Target FISH  (T-FISH) -Automatically combines bright field and fluorescent image on the same cell, for all cells. View cell morphology and fluorescent image on each cell, side by side

·        Fast detection of rare cells according to morphology and/or T-FISH.
