BioView Ltd. Signs Research Collaboration Agreement with Mayo Clinic

Rehovot, Israel – June 10, 2007 – BioView Ltd, (TASE: BIOV) from Rehovot, Israel, today announced that it has signed a Research Collaboration Agreement with Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN. The agreement provides for  MAYO and BioView  to work together in developing new diagnostic tests using BioView's DUET™ instrument.

The research, to be done at Mayo Clinic, will be lead by Kevin C. Halling, M.D., Ph.D., an Assistant Professor in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology Mayo Clinic and co-director of the Mayo Clinic Molecular Cytology laboratory.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
